Building on the findings of the Cross-Country Report, project partners have collaboratively developed a Competency Framework that will serve as a key output of the project. This framework translates the report’s comparative insights into a structured set of competencies aligned with the needs identified across partner countries.

The Competency Framework will form the foundation for the design of the modular engineering internship curriculum. It ensures that the upcoming training content is evidence-based, skills-oriented, and responsive to both academic and industry expectations.

Through this joint effort, the consortium strengthens the coherence between research findings and practical implementation within the project.
