The EngineerTrack Project will run for 24 months, from November 2025 to October 2027, following a structured timeline divided into five main work packages. The project begins with WP1 – Project Management, which covers ongoing tasks such as time and budget management, progress monitoring, quality assurance, dissemination oversight, and risk mitigation throughout the project’s lifespan. The Kick-off Meeting will take place in the first quarter to align all partners on goals and responsibilities.

During the early stages (Months 2–6), WP2 will focus on research and the preparation of a Cross-Country Report, followed by the development of a Competency Framework that will guide the creation of educational content and digital tools. In WP3 (Months 6–14), partners will collaboratively develop modular internship content, pilot it with target groups, and host an International Joint Staff Event to exchange expertise and feedback.

From Month 10 onward, WP4 will concentrate on the design and development of the EngineerTrack App, its pilot implementation with engineering students and industry partners, translation into six languages, and training sessions for trainers. Supporting materials such as guides and videos will also be translated and dubbed. The work package will conclude with a final fair, connecting higher education institutions and industry representatives.

Finally, WP5 – Dissemination will run continuously, ensuring that project outcomes reach a wide audience through online, local, and international activities, including conferences, publications, and social media engagement. This structured timeline ensures effective coordination, continuous evaluation, and sustainable impact across all phases of the project.
