WP1 – Project Management
Ensures smooth coordination, communication, and monitoring of all project activities, maintaining quality and timely delivery across all partners.
WP2 – Research, Country Report & Competency Framework
A1. Develop a Cross-Country Report analyzing current internship practices and digital transformation needs in engineering education.
A2. Create a Competency Framework to define key skills and learning outcomes for future engineers.
WP3 – Internship Content Development
A1. Design innovative Modular Internship Content aligned with the competency framework.
A2. Conduct Pilot Testing of the modules with students and industry mentors.
A3. Host an International Joint Staff Event to share best practices and outcomes.
WP4 – App Development & Gamification
A1. Design and develop the EngineerTrack App to gamify the internship experience.
A2. Pilot the App with students and industry partners to ensure usability and engagement.
A3. Translate the App into six languages for inclusivity and accessibility.
A4. Provide Training for Trainers to ensure effective app use and integration.
A5. Translate guides and dub training videos to support wider adoption.
A6. Organize an Industry–Academia Fair to strengthen collaboration and showcase results.
WP5 – Dissemination
A1. Implement Online Activities such as social media campaigns and webinars.
A2. Carry out Local Activities including workshops and press events.
A3. Participate in International Events to share outcomes and promote sustainability.
