The ENGINEERTRACK project officially launched with its Kick-off Meeting held on 19–20 November 2025 at Bursa Technical University (BTU) in Bursa, Türkiye, bringing together all project partners. The first day featured an official opening ceremony open to the wider academic community, marking the project’s initial dissemination activity, while the second day was dedicated to an internal working session where partners reviewed all Work Packages, tasks, timelines, and responsibilities in detail. Led by BTU, the consortium agreed on common project management, reporting, dissemination, risk, and quality assurance procedures, and confirmed that the project is progressing according to plan. Technical sessions covered WP2, WP3, and WP4, with partners aligning on roles, workflows, and upcoming deliverables, including app development processes. Several administrative and technical clarification points were identified and submitted to the Turkish National Agency for guidance. Overall, the meeting concluded with strong collaboration, clear coordination, and full partner alignment, setting a solid foundation for the successful implementation of the ENGINEERTRACK project.
