The ENGINEERTRACK consortium held an online meeting on 23 January 2026 to review recent developments and ongoing activities. Partners were informed of a change in the project coordinator at Bursa Technical University (BTU), with reassurance that the transition would not affect project implementation. To improve transparency and efficiency, it was agreed to replace the traditional Word-based activity monitoring system with a Padlet-based monitoring page. Updates were also shared on the progress of WP2 Activity 1, confirming that activities are advancing as planned, and partners discussed arrangements for a photo shooting to support dissemination and visibility. The meeting concluded with strong alignment among partners and continued commitment to the project’s successful implementation.
