During the meeting, the new coordinator at Bursa Technical University (BTU) was formally introduced to all project partners. The finalization of the Cross-Country Report was discussed as the first agenda item, and it was agreed that the report will be completed by Friday, 20.02.2026. IHU committed to sharing the updated activity planning via Padlet by Monday, 23.02.2026. Partners were also reminded to complete the boards table on Drive and to use standardized feedback forms instead of email communication. Additionally, the Italy and Romania teams were requested to review and upload the finalized Quality and Risk Plans before the next monthly meeting.
