An online coordination meeting held on 11 December 2025 focused on clarifying points raised during the Kick-off Meeting and addressing recommendations provided by the project expert. During the session, partners confirmed that the dissemination reporting number would be updated to 24 due to a typographical error and that the project application would remain accessible for five years following project completion. The consortium also agreed that the international conference will be organised in Germany in parallel with a fair, with further details to be shared with the relevant partners. In addition, it was decided to replace Todoist with Padlet as the main task management tool, while updates were provided on WP2 Activity 1, quality assurance procedures, and upcoming deadlines for templates and task planning.
