During the meeting, partners agreed that the final stage of the Competency Framework would be completed by the Greek partner by Friday. OMBF was assigned the responsibility of finalising the visualisation of the framework by Monday. It was also decided that Bursa Technical University, as the lead partner for the next WP Activity 1, would send a follow-up email outlining further details and task distribution via Padlet. In addition, all partners confirmed their commitment to submitting the required data for the six-month reporting process by 30 April. The meeting highlighted the importance of structured coordination for upcoming project phases.
